NCLab offers an 8-week Automation Technician program through the College of Southern Nevada for youth with disabilities ages 18 to 24. It is all online, flexible, and grant-funded for those who qualify. The remote, self-paced format is well suited to participants who benefit from flexible learning environments. All graduates are guaranteed an interview at VSR Industries, a 50-year Henderson manufacturer that does welding, powder coating, woodworking, and automation.
