I am excited to announce that as of July 9, 2026, the Nevada SILC has awarded the fiscal year 2027 Needs Assessment Award to Black Swan Consulting, Inc.! Over the 2027 calendar year, they will be working alongside our Council to collect data from around the State to determine where the highest needs are as well as the gaps in funding. We look forward to this partnership and the much needed information that will come from it.
